Donna Sullivan

One secret of Donna's success lies in her view of the business. "Real estate is a service-oriented business, not a sales-oriented business", she says. And Donna knows service.

From 1975 until 1989 this Boston native worked for the Victoria Station Restaurant chain as general manager of the Boston, San Francisco, Burlingame, and Marin restaurants. She oversaw 75 employees at each unit, with $10 million in sales per year. She eventually became training manager for all West Coast operations. Donna then worked in customer service at Pacific Gas & Electric. Donna has been a Real Estate agent since 1989, spending two years at Evans Pacific Real Estate and joining B.J. Droubi and Company in 1992. Donna was among the top three producers at B.J. Droubi and Company every year for 15 years. She joined Hill & Company in 2007 and once again established herself as a top producer with this Company. Over the last three years she has had 100+ transactions totally over $100,000,000. in sales.

Donna's verve in business reflects her personal and athletic accomplishments. For 15 years she surfed competitively as a member of the Eastern Surfing Association of Women Surfers in Massachusetts. She ranked fourth among women surfers on the East Coast. Since her move to the golden state,Donna ironically has set aside her surf gear (temporarily perhaps) and bestows her competitive spirit onto her beloved home teams. She checks the daily box scores on the Giants and the 49ers....AND, MOST IMPORTANTLY, Red Sox baseball and Patriots football have made Donna the person she is today! When not rooting for her teams, Donna enjoys gardening in her Mount Davidson home, and biking & hiking all over the Bay Area.
